dc.description.abstractDiabetic ulcers are a condition where infection, ulcers and or destruction of the deepest skin tissue in the feet are found in patients with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) due to nerve abnormalities and peripheral arterial blood vessel disorders. The method used by the author is a descriptive method, namely finding facts with the right interpretation. The condition of the client's wound 1 is pain in the wound, the wound is red, there is pus, there is a cavity as deep as 7 cm, smells fishy, the foot is swollen, there are signs of infection and the client 2 Pain scale is 7 (1-10), the wound is red, there is no sign of infection, there is no pus, there is granulation tissue, the wound depth is 2 cm and the width is 6 cm, there is no necrotic tissue. The results of the evaluation after nursing actions for 3 days obtained the results of the two clients' problems being resolved.en_US
