dc.description.abstractSkin integrity disorders are skin lesions (dermis and/ epidermis). One of the skin integrity disorders that occur in diabetic patients diabetic gangrene and ulcer. DM patients due to genetic factors and viral infection then have damage to the beta cells and cause imbalances in insulin production. One of the effects and complications that often occur in patients with diabetes mellitus foot problems. For example, wounds on unhealed legs, the purpose of this research to undertake care with skin integrity disorders in diabetic militia patients. Method used in descriptive research with case study approaches. By exploring a care problem with detailed boundaries, have deep data collection and include various sources of information. In this study, the kind of research that covers one research unit intensively. This case study aimed at exploring care problems in patients with diabetes mellitus with problems of skin/network integrity. Research has shown that both clients experience the same leg wounds and are expected after treatment the problem of skin integrity damage can be resolved.en_US
