Chronic kidney failure is a kidney disease that occurs when the kidneys are unable to transport the body's metabolic waste or perform their regular functions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between protein intake and blood urea levels in kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis at dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Hospital, Mojokerto City. This research uses a type of quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design with a sample of 30 respondents taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument used was the sq-ffq questionnaire with a simple linear regression test. The results showed that 25 respondents (83%) had high protein intake, and the majority of respondents with high urea content were 25 respondents (83%). Statistical test results showed that there was a relationship between protein intake and blood urea levels (0.000 <0.05). With this research, it is hoped that the hospital can provide an educational program for patients about structured nutrition education by nutritionists about diet, especially in patients with chronic kidney failureen_US
