dc.description.abstractFatigue has become one of the major problems in all health systems and is increasing day by day under the influence of different stresses in life and especially in the workplace. The purpose of this study is the relationship between fatigue and the performance of nurses in intensive care during the COVID-19 pandemic at Bangil Hospital. The method in this research is correlation analytic, the design used is cross-sectional with purposive sampling technique. The variable studied was the relationship between fatigue and nurse performance in the covid 19 pandemics. The results showed that more than half of the respondents had a moderate level of fatigue, there were 47 respondents (68%). Fatigue as many as 69 respondents (100%). Of the 69 respondents, more than half based on the employee's performance, the performance was good as many as 43 respondents (62.3%). Spearman Rho test showed p-value = 0.000 <0.05 which means that there is a relationship between fatigue and employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan. This requires the addition of adequate facilities and infrastructure, especially those relating to improving employee performance at Bangil Pasuruan Hospital.en_US
