PENGARUH PROMOSI KESEHATAN MELALUI MEDIA VIDEO TERHADAP SIKAP MAHASISWA TENTANG PENYALAGUNAAN NARKOBA PADA MAHASISWA INSTITUT PESANTREN KH ABDUL CHALIM
Abstract
Efforts to prevent drug abuse among adolescents are health promotion which is essentially an activity or effort to convey health messages to the community, group, or individual, with the hope that with the message, the community, group or individual can gain knowledge about better health. This knowledge is ultimately expected to affect a person's attitude. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of health promotion through video media on student attitudes about drug abuse at the Kh Abdul Chalim Institute students. Design This research is a pre-experimental method with a one group pre-test post-test design approach.. The population in this study were all students of the Islamic Economics Study Program, Faculty of Sharia, Islamic Boarding School, Kh Abdul Chalim, batch 2020, totaling 48 students. The sampling technique of this study used a purposive sampling technique. The sample used was some students of the Islamic Economics Study Program, Faculty of Sharia, Islamic Boarding School, Kh Abdul Chalim, batch 2020 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument in this study used a Likert scale questionnaire. Statistical tests were performed using the Wilcoxon Singed Rank Test. The results of the analysis of the influence of health promotion through video media on student attitudes about drug abuse showed that there were differences in attitudes before and after counseling with a median attitude score (52.4 vs 80.9, sig. 0.000 <0.05)
