    Abstract
    Stres on students is one of the problems that arise as a result of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The rapid transition of learning from traditional or face-to-face to online makes students have to be able to adapt to face academic demands. The problems that occur in the online learning process can cause stres for students. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of online learning stres on undergraduate nurumah sakiting students of STIKES Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto at Bangil Hospital. The research design used a descriptive design with a population and a sample of 50 undergraduate Nurumah sakiting students of STIKES Bina SEhat PPNI MOjokerto at Bangil Hospital who participated in online learning. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The data collection tool in this study used a Depression Anxiety Stres Scale (DASS 42) questionnaire consisting of 14 indicatorumah sakit, each of which was measured using a Likert scale with a scale ranging from 1-3. Questionnaires were given and filled out by respondents online using a google form. The results showed that the level of severe stres in online learning for S1 Nurumah sakiting students of STIKES Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto in Bangil Hospital was experienced by as many as 27 students with a percentage (54%) and was supported by several factors including the age range of 26-30 yearumah sakit as many as 11 people and above 40 a year as many as 7 people, the majority of the female gender are 21 students and experienced by students who work in the inpatient unit with a frequency of 7 people (53.8%) and the covid-19 intensive unit 7 people (70%). caused by changes in the environment, learning methods, and learning tasks. For students at the same time working, it is necessary to continue to improve stres management skills in order to control work stres.
