dc.description.abstractPhysical activity and nursing are inseparable. Nurses are tasked with meeting the basic needs of patients, nurses do many things related to physical activity such as helping move patients, lifting, pushing, changing patient positions and providing nursing care. The research design in this study uses a comparative descriptive study. The population in this study were all polyclinic nurses (45) and inpatient nurses (110) at Anwar Medika Sidoarjo Hospital, totaling 155. The sample used in this study was 61 respondents. Research results. The research results obtained Asymp value. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.001 <0.05, which means there is a difference between inpatient and outpatient physical activity. Nurses have high work demands, especially nurses who work in inpatient installations. This is because in the Inpatient Installation all nursing care is carried out 24 hours a day for 7 days, thus increasing the responsibility of the nurse to carry out nursing care compared to the nurse on duty in the outpatient installationen_US
