dc.description.abstract | Nursing services contribute to determining the quality of services in
hospitals, so that every effort to improve the quality of hospital services must also
be accompanied by efforts to improve the quality of nursing services, one of
which is by increasing the performance of nurses, where good nurse performance
is supported by good motivation as well. The purpose of this study was to prove
the relationship between work motivation and the performance of nurses at the
Islamic Hospital Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan. The research design used is a
correlational study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study
were all nurses who worked in the Marwah, Poly, IGD, HCU, and OK rooms at
RSI Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan totaling 51 nurses. The sampling technique used
in this study is proportional random sampling. So that the samples obtained in this
study were some 46 nurses. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. Based
on the results of spearman rho analysis, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which
means that there is a relationship between work motivation and the performance
of nurses at the Islamic Hospital Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan, which is indicated
by the value of value (0.000) < (0.05), with a strong relationship level shown by
the correlation coefficient value of 0.601. It can be concluded that there is a
significant relationship between work motivation and nurse performance at the
Islamic Hospital Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan, the better the work motivation, the
better the nurse's performance. | en_US |
