| dc.description.abstract | Preparedness guidelines in dealing with the spread of COVID 19 are an effort that can be done in the prevention phase by each individual, but most of them often show 5M health behavior problems to prevent Covid 19 transmission. This study aims to determine the effect of audiovisual education with adherence to the 5M health protocol on outpatients at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency. This study uses a pre-experimental research design with a one group pre post test design approach with a population of 80 respondents using random sampling technique. There are two variables, including audiovisual education and compliance with the 5M health protocol. Using a questionnaire in the form of a check list and using an analysis in the form of the Wilcoxon singled rank test. From the research that has been done, there are significant results on changes in compliance before and after receiving audiovisual education about the 5M health protocol. Where after testing using Wilcoxon analysis, the significance of the results shows that p value = 0.000 is less than (0.05), from the Wilcoxon test results it can be seen that the research hypothesis is accepted (H1). Most of the respondents experienced a change from being obedient before being given the 5M health protocol audiovisual education which was only 38 people (65%) increasing after being given the 5M health protocol audiovisual education to being obedient, namely 48 people (90%), and experiencing an increase in ability by 48% to be better than ever. The results showed that there was a significant effect on the results of the pre-test and post-test of the group given the 5M health protocol audiovisual education treatment. The 5M health protocol audiovisual education method is a form of delivering information that is effective and easy to accept so that most respondents are able to understand and demonstrate the ability to behave in a healthy life. | en_US |
