dc.description.abstractJob satisfaction is an emotional state positive or can be fun one’s self a result of the assessment of the work or one’s experience during the work. Problem of low level of nurses job satisfaction still occur in developing countries. One or in factors that affect the job satisfaction is working stress experienced, where the higher the stress of work then the lower the same level job satisfaction obtained. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of job stres with the nurses job satisfaction in the pandemic covid-19. The design in this study is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this research is around the nurse in the Anwar Medika Sidoarjo Hospital totaling 295 people. The sampling technique used non probability sampling with total sampling technique. The research instrument used the Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS) Questionnaire and the McCloskey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale (MMSS) Questionnaire. The data analysis used the program of SPSS for Windows version 25 uses the Spearman Rho Correlation. The result of this research showed p value (0.000) < α (0.05), so H0 rejected that means there is a relationship of job stress with the nurses job satisfaction in the pandemic covid-19 in Anwar Medika Sidoarjo Hospital. The correlation between the two variables is -0,415 shows that the relationship both these variables are not the same direction, which means the higher the value of job stress then decreases job satisfaction obtained nurse.en_US
