HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DAN DUKUNGAN PIMPINAN DENGAN MOTIVASI PERAWAT UNTUK MELANJUTKAN PENDIDIKAN JENJANG S1 KEPERAWATAN DI RSUD BANGIL PASURUAN
Abstract
The number of Nursing diploma graduates who work in hospitals and efforts to improve
the education to a higher level to provide good and maximum health services and also
have a good impact on hospitals. The purpose of this study was to determine the
relationship between family support and leadership support with nurse motivation to
continue education at the undergraduate level o f nursing. The method in this research is
correlation analytic, the design used is cross-sectional with a simple random sampling
technique. The variables studied were Family Support and Leadership Support with
Nurses' Motivation to Continuing Education at the S1 Nursing Level. The results showed
that based on family support did not support as many as 132 respondents (78.6%).
Leadership support fully supports as many as 168 respondents (100%). More than half of
them have high motivation as many as 104 respondents (104%). The results of F test
show the value of Sig = 0, which means that there is a relationship between family
support, leadership support, and the motivation of nurses to continue their education at
the Bachelor of Nursing level. In this case, the high and low motivation of a student can
be influenced by many things that come from within oneself and from outside that can be
caused by other people including family, coworkers through certain efforts that can
increase motivation
