PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN METODE PERMAINAN ULAR TANGGA TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN PERAWATAN GIGI PADA ANAK USIA SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract
The level of knowledge about dental health maintenance can be done through dental health education. This is related to dental health problems that often occur in elementary school-age children. One of the ways to take care of your teeth is to take care of your teeth properly. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of health education on the snake and the ladder game method on dental care knowledge in elementary school-aged children at the MI Miftahul Huda, Pucuk Village, Dawarblandong District, Mojokerto. The research design was pre-experimental with a one-group pre-test-post-test design approach. The population is all students in grades 1-5 at MI Miftahul Huda Pucuk Village, Dawarblandong District, Mojokerto as many as 95 respondents. The sample is 67 respondents. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon signed-rank test analysis, it was found that the p-value = 0.000 and a = 0.05, then this shows p < a which means the research shows that there is an effect of health education on the snake and the ladder game method on dental care knowledge MI Miftahul Huda Pucuk Village Dawarblandong, Mojokerto. The provision of health education with the snake and ladder game method can increase students' knowledge. This is influenced by the enthusiasm of students in paying attention to health education using the snake and ladder game method.
