| dc.description.abstract | Coronary heart disease is a disease caused by narrowing and blockage of the arteries of the heart. Control of coronary heart disease is exacerbated by the lack of efforts to prevent patient recurrence of coronary heart disease. Individuals who do not carry out prevention efforts will be at risk for recurrent heart attacks, thereby increasing morbidity and mortality in patients with coronary heart disease. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of health promotion on efforts to prevent recurrence of coronary heart disease patients at the Heart Clinic of Bangil Hospital. The research design used is the experimental method with One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study were 53 coronary heart patients and the sample was 30 patients using consecutive sampling. The independent variable is health promotion about coronary heart disease and the dependent variable is the prevention of recurrence of coronary heart disease patients. Data were taken using a questionnaire to prevent recurrence of patients with coronary heart disease. After the research data was collected, the Willcoxon test was then carried out using the SPSS application. Asymp results. Sig (2 tailed) obtained a value of = 0.000, then H1 is accepted so that there is an effect of health promotion on efforts to prevent recurrence of coronary heart disease patients at the Heart Clinic of Bangil Hospital. Health promotion is able to provide information to respondents so as to increase respondent's knowledge about efforts to prevent recurrence of coronary heart disease patients at the Heart Clinic of Bangil Hospital. | en_US |
