dc.description.abstractConflict management includes a process-oriented strategy that leads to a form of communication. This study aims to analyze the relationship between conflict management and implementing nurses. The design of this research is descriptive. The population of the study were all nurses at Sumber Glagah Pacet Hospital, Mojokerto City, as many as 20 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The data collected in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study used univariate analysis. The conclusion in this study is that based on the results of the study, the majority of the sexes are female 60 (67.9%), the majority of respondents are 25-35 years old 16 (80%), the amount of D3 education is 11 (55%), conflict management management in all areas. Sumber Glagah Pacet Hospital, Mojokerto City has 9 (45%). Based on the results of the study, it can be said that the implementing nurses at Sumber Glagah Pacet Hospital, Mojokerto have implemented conflict management with the Integrating style. According to the traditional view, it is always considered something that is detrimental because it can cause problems. According to the modern view, conflict is actually considered a positive thing because it can encourage the emergence of new policies, increase competition among implementers.en_US
