dc.description.abstract | The high demand from the community for health facilities at the
puskesmasand the emergence of competition in many sectors. Health facilities are
the main thing that must be considered and their quality improved according to
thestandards of health facilities applicable at the puskesmas, so as to create trust,
loyalty and form patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine
whether there is a relationship between health facilities and the level of patient
satisfaction at the Sooko Health Center, Mojokerto Regency. Correlational
analytic research design with cross sectional approach. The population in this
study were all outpatients at the Sooko Health Center, Mojokerto Regency. The
sampling technique of this research used accidental sampling technique. The
sample used was some outpatients who met the inclusion criteria. The instrument
in this study used a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that 1 patient
who stated that the health facilities were poor (1.1%) stated that they were not
satisfied. Of the 29 (32.3%) patients who stated that the health facilities were in
the good enough category, 24 people (26.7%) said they were satisfied. Of the 32
patients who stated that the health facilities were in good category, 23 people
(25.5%) stated that they were satisfied. And of the 28 patients who stated that the
health facilities were in the very good category, 28 people (31.1%) stated that they
were very satisfied. The results of the Spearman's rho statistical test obtained a
close relationship value of 0.823, which means it has a high level of relationship
with a positive direction. So it can be concluded that the better the health
facilities, the higher the level of patient satisfaction. | en_US |
