dc.description.abstractNurses are one of the frontline health teams who are facing problems in terms of healing covid-19, therefore nurse job satisfaction is an important target in human resource management during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to identify nurse satisfaction (physical and financial factors) at Gatoel Hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research design uses a descriptive study. The research population was all Covid-19 nurses at Gatoel Hospital, totaling 31 respondents in 2 Covid-19 isolation rooms, namely the Kana Room and the Flamboyan Room using total sampling because in order to present all data about the satisfaction of nurses who handled Covid-19. The instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. This study uses a normality test which shows that the p value of 0.00 is less than 5% negligent so that the decision to reject H0 is obtained, which means the data is not normally distributed. So it is necessary to determine satisfaction seen using the median value. The median reality value of 69 is lower than the expected value of 70. The conclusion of this study is the dissatisfaction of nurses with physical and financial factors in the Covid-19 isolation room at Gatoel Hospitalen_US
