Hubungan Pola Makan Dengan Status Gizi Pada Balita Di Posyandu Dusun Banci Desa Kemantren Kecamatan Gedeg Kabupaten Mojokerto
Abstract
Factors that affect nutritional status are diet, infectious diseases, family economy, culture, environmental hygiene, health care facilities. Factors that influence eating patterns include mother's knowledge, mother's education, appetite, favorite food, large portions. The purpose of this study was to prove the relationship between diet and nutritional status in children under five at the Posyandu Banci Hamlet, Kemantren Village, Gedeg District, Mojokerto Regency. The research design is correlation, with a cross sectional approach. The population is all mothers who have toddlers aged 1-5 years in Posyandu Banci Hamlet, Kemantren Village, Gedeg District, Mojokerto Regency as many as 90 people. The research sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique with the type of purposive sampling and 45 people met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the Spearman Rho' Correlation test, the results show the value of value (0.000) < (0.05) so that H is rejected with the conclusion that there is a relationship between diet and nutritional status in toddlers at Posyandu Banci Hamlet, Kemantren Village, Mojokerto Regency. The better the toddler's diet, the better his nutritional status. It is expected that the community, especially mothers who have toddlers, can provide correct and regular eating patterns for toddlers, so that their nutritional status is good, by providing varied foods a day, the amount of food according to the child's needs.
