dc.description.abstractThe majority of the Indonesian workforce is employed and has low education. In fact, the workforce that works is mostly from those with low education or low education, in fact the unemployment rate is the lowest. This condition encourages to study the factors that influence it. This study uses national labor force survey data (Sakernas) in 2017. The research analysis uses the logit model to determine the factors that affect the workforce. Meanwhile, the use of the multinomial logit model is carried out to examine the factors that affect labor and unemployment based on the level of education. The findings in the study, first, the determinants of the workforce, namely age, sex, region, marital status, wages and sectors. Meanwhile, the factors affecting labor and unemployment vary according to the level of education.en_US
