This study aims to analyse the influence of individual innovation capability, compensation distributive justice, and work environment on employee performance. A quantitative approach with survey method and causal-comparative design was used to examine the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using multiple linear regression and t-test. The results showed that individual innovation capability, compensation distributive justice, and work environment significantly affect work performance positively. Individual innovation capability, which includes creativity, adaptability, and the ability to implement new ideas, is proven to increase work productivity and efficiency. Compensation distributive justice perceived by employees encourages better motivation and performance. In addition, a conducive work environment also plays a role in increasing employee comfort and motivation, thereby encouraging optimal work performance.en_US
