    Abstract
    The problem of therapeutic communication with nurses that still often occurs is that there are still many officers who are too busy with daily tasks so that they do not have time to communicate therapeutically with their patients, there are even nurses who seem rude, unfriendly, and do not provide the information needed by patients and families. This causes clients and families as users of health services to feel dissatisfied with the services provided. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship of nurse therapeutic communication to the level of patient satisfaction. This research design uses correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The population is all outpatients at the Bangsal Mojokerto Health Center as many as 316 people so that a sample of 76 people is obtained which is taken by simple random sampling technique. The independent variable in this study is the nurse's therapeutic communication and the dependent variable in this study is patient satisfaction. Data were collected using therapeutic communication and satisfaction questionnaires distributed via google form. After the data was collected, data processing was carried out and continued with the Spearman's Rho Test statistical test with the help of SPSS. The results showed that p (0.00) < so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which means that there is a relationship between nurse therapeutic communication and the level of patient satisfaction at the Bangsal Mojokerto Health Center. With a correlation coefficient of 0.716, the level of closeness is strong. Because the value of the correlation coefficient is positive, the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive. Therapeutic communication becomes very important because it can affect patient satisfaction.
