dc.description.abstractDESCRIPTION OF NURSE CARING BEHAVIOR IN RSUD PROF.DR.SOEKANDAR MOJOSARI Caring behavior is the core and main thing in nursing practice. Caring behavior gives nurses the ability to understand the patient's unmet needs and help them to fulfill them. The better the caring behavior of nurses in providing nursing care services, the more happy the patient or patient's family is in receiving the service, so the nurse-patient therapeutic relationship is further developed. The purpose of this study is to describe the caring behavior of nurses in Prof.Dr.Soekandar Mojosari Hospital. Desaign A Quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study amounted to 67 people. Sampling by accidental sampling as many as 40 respondents. The variable of this study is a description of the caring behavior of nurses. Data were taken using a questionnaire. After the data has been collected, data processing is done editing, coding, scoring, then tabulated using a frequency distribution and followed by analysis of research results. The results showed that the caring behavior of nurses in the good category was 29 respondents (72.5%), the caring behavior of nurses in the less category was 11 respondents (27.5%). Caring behavior carried out in providing nursing care is very useful in nursing services to improve and influence patient recovery.en_US
