Pengaruh Posisi Pronasi Terhadap Sistem Hemodinamik Pada BBLR Dengan CPAP Di Ruang Alamanda RSUD Bangil Pasuruan
Abstract
Low birth weight babies are one of the causes of high infant mortality in the first month of LBW life. developmental care is carried out to encourage brain and motor development of lowbirthweight infants, one of which is the positioning method. To determine the effect of the pronation position on the hemodynamic system in Low Birth Weight Babies with CPAP in the Alamanda Room, Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency. A quasi-experimental approach with pre test-post test control group design was adopted for the study. The sample in this study was LBW who used CPAP in the Alamanda Room at Bangil Hospital with a total of 10 people, divided into 2 groups, namely the pronation position group and the conventional position, each with 5 people. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling. The data obtained were analyzed by means of a dependent T-test. The results showed that the average pulse rate before and after being given a pronation position was 162.4 and 148.2. The average oxygen saturation before and after being given a pronation position was 87.4 and 98.8. The mean pulse rate before and after being given the conventional position was 164.2 and 157.4. The average oxygen saturation before and after being given the conventional position was 87.6 and
97. The statistical test results showed that there was an effect of giving the pronation position to the pulse (p=0.010) and oxygen saturation (p=0.000) in LBW with CPAP in the Alamanda Room RSUD Bangil Pasuruan. In the control group, there was no effect of conventional positioning on pulse rate (p=0.096), but conventional positioning had an effect on oxygen saturation (p=0.001). Pronation position in LBW reduce metabolism and increase oxygenation, which is characterized by a decrease in the mean pulse rate and an increase in oxygen saturation.
