    Abstract
    Giving rewards is an organizational effort to maintain human resources. Rewards are not only considered as appreciation but can also improve employee performance to be more effective and efficient to innovate in their work. The rewards given by the organization to employees can motivate them to perform better and when employees are satisfied with the reward they receive coupled with their ability to identify themselves, it will further streng than their performance in the organization. The purpose of this study was to prove the relationship between the provision of nonfinancial rewards with the performance of nurses at the Islamic Hospital Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan. The research design used is a descriptive correlation study with aapproach cross sectional. The population in this study were 51 nurses, the sample in this study were 46 nurses who worked in the Marwah, Poli, IGD, HCU, and OK at Islamic Hospital Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling technique. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. Based on the analysis of Spearman rho shows H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, means there are nonfinancial Reward Giving Relationship With Nurse Performance at Islamic Hospital Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan of the ρ value (0.000) <α (0.05), with the level of closeness a strong relationship indicated by thevalue correlation coefficient of 0.606. It can be concluded that the provision of nonfinancial rewards with the performance of nurses at the Islamic Hospital Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan there is a significant relationship. A good reward will have a positive impact on the hospital. If the reward is good, the nurse will work optimally to provide services that produce good performance as well.
