dc.description.abstract | Nurses have an important role to provide quality nursing care. To achieve this, a
nurse who really has competence in accordance with her area of responsibility is needed,
and that competence must always be maintained and developed. So we need a system that
can be implemented by the hospital, one of which is the development system for clinical
nurse career paths. Writing this literature review aims to explain the importance of the
clinical nurse career path development system and how to implement the clinical nurse
career path development system in various hospitals. The method used in this paper is a
literature review. Literature was taken from journal articles, literature, and Gray
Literature, so that in total twenty eight references were obtained. The results of this
literature review process are known that the clinical nurse career path development
system is felt to be very important to be implemented in hospitals, but there are still many
hospitals that have not implemented the system. And for hospitals that have implemented
the system, in practice it is still not in accordance with the standards of the clinical nurse
career path development system that should be, so that each hospital should carry out
regular evaluations so that obstacles and problems can be identified. | en_US |
