Data analysis using Spearman Rho test showed that there was a relationship between motivation (pvalue=0.001) and work discipline (pvalue=0.000) with the performance of nurses in providing nursing care at the Kedundung Public Health Center, Mojokerto City. This is because the higher the work motivation of nurses, the nurses will like their work more and do their jobs better.
