dc.description.abstractConflict is an event that can not be avoided and occurs both within the scope of individuals and between humans. The high level of service users naturally raises many problems in the nursing profession. Therefore conflicts need to be managed posituvely so as to produce a good impact on the development of individuals and organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the conflict resolution style that is generally chosen by thenurse in hospital. The article search was conducted in nine database journals, namely Sinta, DOAJ, One Search, Goggle Scholar, Portal Garuda, Wiley, PubMed, SciHub, and Researchgate.The keywords used are “conflict management”, “hospital”, and “Nurse Executive”. From 652 journals were obtained which were then filtered to select 10 journals relevant to this purpose. The results of thhis study indicate that from 10 journals there are 5 conflict management styles is integrating style, avoiding style, accommodating style, collaborating style, and compromising style. It was tound that the choice of executive nurses in managing conflict was more using avoiding style (40%). There results give an idea if in hospital minimal occurrence of conflict or even if a conflict occurs is only a trival problem. Selection of conflict management style is varies depending on the small great conflict and depend on the current situation. Nurses must be able to develop a conflict management style that is suitable in dealing with conflict.en_US
