HUBUNGAN KINERJA PERAWAT DENGAN KEPUASAN PASIEN DI RS REKSA WALUYA KOTA MOJOKERTO

Abstract

Along with scientific developments in the field of nursing, nursing practice has also developed which has had a major impact on the nursing profession which has led to increased community demands for nurse performance. Nurses who have a very large contribution in providing nursing services must be able to contribute and have a big responsibility in providing quality services to ensure patient satisfaction. Complaints from patients who are not satisfied if not treated immediately can lead to a decrease in the capability of hospital services for services, in this case patient satisfaction is very influential in maintaining quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work performance and patient satisfaction at the Reksa Waluya Hospital, Mojokerto City. This study used correlation analytic design with cross sectional approach. Sampeyl in this study were 70 inpatients at the Reksa Waluya Hospital, Mojokerto City and using probability sampling techniques, accidental sampling type. The independent variable in this study is the nurse's performance and the dependent variable in this study is patient satisfaction. Data were analyzed using crosstabs. The results showed that most of the nurses' performance assessments were in either category as many as 70 people or as large as (100%). And for the assessment of patient satisfaction in either category as many as 61 people or (87.1%). A good nurse performance will affect patient satisfaction. There is a relationship between nurse performance and patient satisfaction at the Reksa Waluya Hospital, Mojokerto City.
