Hemodialysis is an action used in patients with kidney failure to remove toxic, excess fluid and to correct electrolyte imbalances with the principle of osmosis anddiffusion using an external and internal dialical system. Research This reviewliterature aims to determine the existing nursing diagnoses in chronic renal failurepatients undergoing hemodialysis. The study design used a Literature Review Study, with a focus on two databases, namely Google Scoolar, and Google Cendikia with thekeyword used was "Nursing diagnosis in patients with chronic renal failureundergoing hemodialysis". The number of journals reviewed was 5 journals that described Nursing Diagnosis in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure Who UnderwentHemodialysis. From the journals that have been analyzed, there are nursingdiagnoses that often appear, namely: risk of infection, excess fluid volume, risk ofunstable glucose levels, fluid volume imbalance, impaired skin integrity, risk ofneffective renal perfusion, risk of falling, risk of electrolyte imbalance. , impairedurine elimination and impaired physical mobility. It is noted that CRF patientsundergoing HD have many nursing diagnoses in common, requiring professional nursing planning to meet the patient's care needs. This study is to find out whatusually happens to patients who undergo HD which results in a nursing diagnosis that will help professionals involved in patient care.en_US
