dc.description.abstractNurse is a profession that focuse on individual patient and family care to achieve optimal health by nurses for communication where nurses listen to patient complaints and explain nursing action procedures, if not implemented it will interfere with the therapeutic relationship which bas an impact on patient dissatisfaction. The research objective was to determine the relationship between therapeutic communication and the level of patient satisfaction in the Melati Room at Anwar Medika Hospital Sidoarjo. Analytical research design with cross sectional approach.The population of all patients in the Melati room of Anwar Medika Hospital was J 48 people until 105 samples were obtained which were taken by purposive sampling.The independent variable is therapeutic communication and the dependent variable is the level of patient satisfaction. The data was taken using a google form questionnaire, after the data was collected. the data was processed and continued with the Spearman's Rho Test statistical test with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that 1 patient stated that the nursing service was quite good and expressed satisfaction. Of the 25 patients who stated that therapeutic communication was in the good category. all of them ( 19%) stated that they were very satisfied. And from 75.4% of patients stated that therapeutic communication was in the very good category, 75 people (71.4%) stated that they were very satisfied. e results of the Spearman's rho test with an ea-or value (a) = 0.05 obtained a significance value of 0.000 so that HO is rejected and H 1 is accepted. which means that there is a relationship between therapeutic communication and the Patient Satisfaction Level at Anwar Medika Hospital with a relationship level of 0.270 so that it can be concluded. that the bener the therapeutic communication, the higher the level of patient satisfaction.en_US
