    Abstract
    Introduction : Empowerment is a key component of restoration and need to be assessed in remedies in addition to more conventional outcome measures of symptoms and functioning, empowerment might be a treatment aim in schizophrenia and impartial residing abilities as well as perceived social aid may be the mediating elements. Material/Method: Literature review through brief review models. Finding: Many variables influencing quality of life (QOL) for outpatients with schizophrenia were identified from prior research. Symptom severity, psycho- social rehabilitation activities, and empowerment have all been absolutely recognized as key variables Discuss: Each incorporating empowerment and advocacy primarily based interventions into recuperation oriented services and presenting community-based, individual-targeted services to people based on individually defined desires are essential guidelines for future recuperation-oriented efforts Conclusion: The problem of care or care giver of people with mental disorder in Indonesia is still very complex, there are some things expressed by the ministry of health republic Indonesia, the problem of resources in the maintenance, the distribution of human resources still accumulate in large cities, health facilities to treat patients with mental disorders are still very low, stigma and discrimination from family and society, and the percentage of financing of patient care with low mental disorder
