The result of the assessment of the basic data of the two clients found that subjektive data and objektive data were the same as complaining of chronic pain, client 1 has been sick for 6 years complaining of pain in both knees with a pain scale 5 while client 2 has complained of right knee pain for 2 years with a pain scale 3. Nursing intervention based on the result of nursing implementation on client 1 and client 2 with the client’s outcome criteria saying that pain is reduced after non-pharmacological actions, feela comfortable after pain is reduced and TTV is in the normal range BP : (110-145) / (70-90) mmHg, N : 60-100x/minute and RR : 16x/minute. Mursing care can be continued by educating client’s and families about home care, providing information about disease that can trigger pain to get worse, and provide information about the importance of the surrounding environment especially in the morning. Nurses are advised to teach non-pharmacological techniques because they are proven to reduce pain experienced by client’s and improve nursing care with health services. | en_US |
