Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia caused by a lack of the hormone insulin. One of the complications of diabetes mellitus is the occurrence of diabetic ulcers, which are the result of peripheral neuropathy. The purpose of this study was to carry out nursing care to Mr. B who had Post Debridement Diabetic Ulcer. The research method used is case study research. The term limits in this study were impaired skin/tissue integrity and diabetic ulcers. Participants in this study consisted of one participant who had a diabetic ulcer in Irna B Bawah Room at General Hospital of Syarifah Ambani Rato Ebu Bangkalan with criteria for patients with post-debridement diabetic ulcers. The implementation is done by wound care where at the time of cleaning the wound using NaCl and combined with compresses using metronidazole. The results of the evaluation after nursing actions for 3x24 hours showed that the problem was partially resolved from the outcome criteria, namely complaints of decreased pain and necrotic tissue in the wound. The results of the evaluation after nursing actions for 3x24 hours showed that the tissue damage decreased in the patient's wound and also the patient's pain complaints decreased but there was tissue necrosis and decreased skin layer damage could not be achieved because the wound healing process in diabetic ulcers requires a long time. Therefore, the patient still needs further wound care intervention so that the wound can improve immediately.
