    Abstract
Impaired physical mobility occur in patients with non-hemorrhagic stroke due to an infarct in the brain which causes hypoxia and decreased nutrition to the brain so that the brain is blocked on a certain side. The purpose of this study was to carry out medical-surgical nursing care with problems with physical mobility disorders in non-hemorrhagic post-stroke clients in the work area of the Pesanggrahan Mojokerto Public Health Center. The design of this research method uses a descriptive research method with a case study approach. This study was conducted in April 2021 with 2 clients who had non-hemorrhagic stroke. With the assessment technique, it was found that the client experienced weakness in one of his extremities. The results of the analysis show that at the time of implementation, 2 clients showed different responses and increased physical mobility. Client 1 shows that the right leg can be moved even though very little and feels weak, and the right hand can be moved with a little help, while client 2 shows that his left leg and hand can be moved higher slowly. The analytical technique used is to provide range of motion exercises in order to stimulate and increase muscle strength in the extremities of non-hemorrhagic stroke clients. It is recommended for health services that nurses are expected to maintain and maximize in providing nursing care carried out professionally and comprehensively, especially in mobilizing clients and teaching families to train active and passive range of motion to reduce limb weakness.
