    Abstract
    Disorders of the musculoskeletal system that are often experienced by the elderly include rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic systemic disease that affects the joints and soft tissues, attacks mainly on the peripheral joints and surrounding muscles, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels. So that swelling, stiffness in the joints occurs, it can cause the elderly to experience physical mobility barriers. This study purpose to give the care of the elderly with physical mobility disturbance in rheumatoid arthritis patients at the work of UPT Puskesmas Dlanggu. The type of research used is descriptive research by designing a case study on two patients with rheumatoid arthritis who experienced heavy physicalmobility barriers. Nursing care is carried out with a process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. What was done in the village of Pohkecik and in the village of Ketapang. The results of the study showed that after being given care for 4x24 hours with intervention in the form of ambulation obtained in patient 1 and patient 2 showed increased extremity movement, decreased joint stiffness, decreased physical weakness, walking with effective steps increased. Patient 1 is still using a cane while walking and patient 2 is no longer using a cane. Suggestions for patients 1 and 2 are able to continue ambulation, mobilization, warm compresesto reduce joint stiffness.
