    Abstract
In patiens with thypoid fever, hyperthermia is caused by endotoxins released by bacteria in the body that trigger the body secrete pyrogens, this effect thermoregulation in the body which can cause fever. The purpose of this study was to carry out nursing care for hyperthermia in patients with typhoid fever at Kertosono Hospital. The design carried out in this research is a case study, with interviews, observation and documentation studies. Participants in this study consisted of 2 adult female typhoid fever patients at Kertosono Hospital with criteria for experiencing signs and symptoms of hyperthermia such as temperature above normal values (>37.5°C), pulse (>100x/minute), without comorbidities. , and with good GCS. Patient 1 has a temperature of 38.8 °C and patient 2 39 °C. Nursing interventions and implementations were carried out, namely monitoring body temperature every 2 hours, giving warm compresses to the axilla, recommending to bed rest, giving intravenous electroyte fuids, and giving tharapeutic injections for 3 days. The results of the study on participants, namely an evaluation of the patient said that the body temperature gradually dropped as evidenced by the results of observations on the 3rd day the patient said that his body temperature had dropped and he was not shivering, his pulse and temperature were in the normal range. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the implementation of the implementation of typhoid fever patients who experienced hyperthermia problems was resolved. Body temperature in the normal range on day 3 can be influenced by several things, such as giving warm compresses to the axilla, giving injection therapy, metabolic rate in the body, and getting enough rest so that it can increase body immunity.
