ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA KLIEN POST OP SECTIO CAESAREA (SC) DENGAN MASALAH NYERI AKUT DI RSU KARTINI MOJOKERTO
Abstract
Sectio caesarea (SC) delivery is one of the measures to overcome complications in childbirth. Delivery by sectio caesarea can have an impact after surgery, one of which is acute pain, including clients at the Kartini General Hospital, Mojokerto Regency. The purpose of this study was to provide a real picture of the implementation of nursing care for post-op sectio caesarea clients with acute pain problems in the Melati room of the Kartini General Hospital, Mojokerto Regency. The researcher makes a scientific paper with a descriptive type case study design. The provision of nursing care to two clients who experience acute pain in post-op sectio caesarea clients starts from assessment, diagnosis, planning, action and evaluation. The data of this study were taken by interviewing techniques in assessment, physical examination, observation and data collection with the criteria of female clients, aged 20-35 years complaining of pain with a post-op sectio caesarea medical diagnosis. The results of the study after nursing care was carried out for 3x24 hours, it was found that acute pain in both clients was resolved with the criteria of decreased pain complaints, reduced pain scale. All of the interventions that have been carried out, namely teaching deep breathing relaxation techniques and distraction are actions that can accelerate the reduction of the pain scale so that it is hoped that the implementation will be carried out correctly and correctly according to the procedure in order to accelerate the reduction of the pain scale.
