Sleep pattern disturbance is the main complaint that is often experienced by the elderly, it is estimated that more than half of the elderly aged over 60 years have difficulty initiating sleep. Interventions that have been carried out are teaching autogenic muscle relaxation/other non-pharmacological methods such as progressive muscle relaxation and before going to bed it is recommended to dhikr (meditation support so that it can overcome sleep pattern disturbances and improve sleep patterns applied independently by the elderly and the client's PSQI score 1 decreased from 13 (bad sleep quality to 3 (good sleep quality) and clients 2 out of 10 (bad sleep quality) to 3 (good sleep quality).
