Abstract
Hyperthermia or fever is a serious global health problem and one of the many clinical manifestations that often occurs when individuals are about to get sick. DHF is caused by the Dengue Virus that is evident in it’s early stages, a fever that often cries out when an individual is diagnosed with dengue disease. The purpose of nursing is to apply childcare to a client suffering from Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) with a hyperthermia problem at Anwar Medika hospital. The method used in providing care to both participants in this case study was Mr. S nad Mr. B with a data collection that included interviews, observations, physical examination, and documentary studies. The results of extensive outpatient care over 3x24 hours in clients have been found subjective and objective data showing both clients were hyperthermia. The nursing upbringing plan matches the implementation of nursing. There is a difference between client 1 and client 2 at the beginning of the study where client 2 are higher than client 1 because each indivisual’s heat respon is different, because the dimoregulation centers in the body are different, the difference in metabolic rates in the body can also affect the rise in body temperature. Nurses are advised to increase the quality of nursing care especially in patients from DHF in nonpharmacological therapies such as combating heat and increasing nursing services with a prime service.
