ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN JIWA PADA PASIEN DENGAN PERILAKU KEKERASAN DI YAYASAN GRIYA CINTA KASIH 2 MOJOKERTO
Abstract
Mental disorders are syndromes of a person's behavior patterns that are typically associated with a symptom of suffering, namely psychological, behavioral, biological functions and can cause a person to experience violent behavior. Violent behavior is a condition in which a person performs actions that can be physically harmful, both to himself and to others. The purpose of this study was to carry out mental nursing care for patients with violent behavior at the Griya Cinta Kasih 2 Mojokerto Foundation. The design of the research is a case study. The method used is to perform nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation by focusing on the implementation of the implementation strategy (SP). The results of the study on 2 patients at the Griya Cinta Kasih 2 Mojokerto Foundation while being given nursing care with nursing actions and implementation strategies showed that patients experienced a decrease in violent behavior. The conclusion from the proper handling of violent behavior can prevent the occurrence of repeated violent behavior. Suggestions to improve anger expression exercises appropriately for example by deep breathing exercises, hitting the pillow, conversing with other people, and spiritually so that clients are able to do it independently which has an impact on the ability to control violent behavior.
