dc.description.abstract | One of the cardiovascular diseases that is the main cause of death in the world is
coronary heart disease (CHD). Coronary heart disease is a disruption of blood flow
to the myocardium, myocardial oxygen demand is greater than can be supplied by
partially blocked vessels, myocardial cells become ischemic and shift to anaerobic
metabolism. So that the physical becomes weak, tired, lethargic and nursing
problems arise, activity intolerance, whatever the underlying cause, affects activity
intolerance in patients to do physical exercise and fulfill life roles. This study aims
to determine nursing care in patients with coronary heart disease with activity
intolerance problems in the work area of the UPT Puskesmas Trowulan. The type
of research used is descriptive research with a case study design in two patients with
coronary heart disease who experience activity intolerance. Methods of data
collection is done by interview, observation, physical examination, and
documentation. What was done in Trowulan Village. The results of the case study
show that after being given nursing care for 4x24 jam hours with nursing
interventions in the form of energy management and activity therapy, the results
obtained in participant 1 and participant 2 show that Ease of doing daily activities
increases, dyspnea after activity decreases, feeling weak decreased, normal
