ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN MASALAH GANGGUAN MOBILITAS FISIK PADA PASIEN POST OP FRAKTUR EKSTREMITAS BAWAH DI RSUD CARUBAN
Abstract
Fracture is the destruction of bone tissue continuity in the continuity caused
by external pressure that is greater than that absorbed by the bone. After the bone
grafting surgery can be done Range of Motion or often interpreted as mobilization
or motion exercises. The purpose of this case study is to apply nursing care with
impaired physical mobility in post-op patients with lower extremity fractures at
Caruban Hospital. The method used is descriptive in the form of case studies.
Providing nursing care to 1 client who has impaired physical mobility in post-op
patients with lower extremity fractures starting from assessment, nursing diagnosis,
planning, implementation and evaluation. Data collection techniques used include
interviews, physical examinations, and documentation. The results of the study after
nursing care was carried out for 5 days on client 1 the problem was resolved marked
by increased extremity movement, there was an increase in the scale of muscle
strength and decreased pain. The client’s evaluation was resolved on the fifth day
because there was an increase in the muscle strength scale. The result of
implementation on the client is an increase in the client's muscle strength scale, this
is because the client is willing to follow active and passive ROM movements, and
simple mobilizations taught by the researcher. It is hoped that postoperative fracture
clients and their families can practice ROM exercises and simple mobilizations that
have been taught by nurses.
