dc.description.abstract | Introduction: Caring is the most essential thing in nursing practice because caring is a dynamic approach that is closely related to the professionalism of nurses and the lack of caring in nursing services can result in a decrease in the quality of nursing services and a decrease in patient satisfaction and an increase in hospital days. organizational culture based on nurses ' perceptions with nurses ' caring behavior . Methods This study used a correlational design in the form of a cross sectional. The independent variable in this study is organizational culture and the dependent variable is caring behavior. The population in this study were all implementing nurses In The Local General Hospital Makassar City. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, namely consecutive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 77 people according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Gamma Correlation and Multivariate Analysis Test Logistic Regression Test. Results: showed that there was a significant relationship between organizational structure, job design, leadership, reward communication, and decision making with nurse caring behavior (p=0.000-0.030; =0.05). The most dominant variable related to nurse caring behavior was communication, so that training is needed for nurses on communication as part of the organizational culture dimension to improve nurses' caring behavior.
