| dc.description.abstract | The wound on the perineum as result of episiotomy, rupture, or laserasi is an area that is
not easily kept clean and dry, so that vulnerable once happened influence of infection
and wound healing. The action clears the perineum can accelerate the formation of scar tissue so
that wounds can be healed in time IE 6 to 7 days. The purpose of the study to find out the
relationship with the old perineum wound care wound healing the perineum at the mother of
parturition. Design research is the analytickorelasional with crossectional
approach. This research variables of this research are perineum wound care as independent
variable and the perineum wound healing as the dependent variable. The population of this
research the whole of the mother who gave birth to parturition spontaneously pervaginam and
perineum wound has degree one and two in the Ny. Titi Ekawati, STR. Keb Tampungrejo
Village Puri Mojokerto as much as 18 mother parturition. Samples taken with the concecutive
sampling technique. Data collected by questionnaire instrument wound careobservation
sheet and perineum wound healing. Data processed by means of editing,
coding, and tabulating the score later in the test by test spearman rho. The spearman rho test
results showed ρ = 0.000 and α = 0.05 then ρ <α it means accepted H1 so that there is a
relationship between the treatment of the perineum perineum wound healing with BPM in Ny.
