dc.description.abstract | Mental health is still a serious problem that must receive serious attention from all levels of government across sectors, both at the central and regional levels, as well as the attention of the entire community. The main nursing problem in Schizophrenic clients is Sensory Perception Hearing Hallucinations. The purpose of this Nursing Care is to be able to apply Nursing Care to the problem of Sensory Perception Hearing Hallucinations at the Wates Health Center, Mojokerto City. The method used in carrying out nursing care is a purposive method in the form of a case study. Participants who were given Nursing Care were participants in this study consisting of 2 clients Sensory Perception: Auditory Hallucinations. With assessment techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study found that participant 1 was reluctant to socialize, was often aloof, angry and talked to himself and the client often listened to whispers telling him to do bad things such as insulting others, himself and telling him to hit the wall. Participant 2 is reluctant to communicate and socialize, is often aloof, angry, smiles to himself and daydreams and the client often listens to whispers telling him to do bad things such as staying away from his child and being said to feel useless. The results of the analysis showed that after the implementation, the two participants showed that the client was able to control hallucinations, including rebuking exercises and obediently taking medication on a regular basis.
