dc.description.abstract | Sectio caesarea is a surgery to give birth to a child through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus. Sectio caesarea surgery causes pain in the mother, the client feels afraid and anxious to make movements so that the joints become stiff. The nursing diagnosis that arises is physical mobility barriers. If there is a delay in mobilization, this will make the mother's condition worse and make recovery after sectio caesarea late. General purpose of nursing care for pregnant women with impaired physical mobility in post sectio caesarea . The research sample amounted to 2 literatures from google schooler. The results of the study in the 2 journals contained a similarity in pain scales that resulted in impaired physical mobility, namely with a pain scale of 4 diagnoses in the two journals, namely post sectio caesarea which resulted in impaired physical mobility. journal 1 for 4 days while in journal 2 only 3 days. At the evaluation stage of journals 1 and 2 in accordance with the objectives given.
