dc.description.abstract | Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways which is
usually characterized by reversible airway obstruction. The problem that often
occurs in asthma is the ineffectiveness of clearing the airway which causes the
client to have difficulty breathing. The purpose of this nursing care is to be able to
apply nursing care to bronchial asthma clients with ineffective airway clearance
problems at Gondang Health Center. The method used is qualitative in the form of
case studies. Providing nursing care to 1 client who experienced ineffective
airway clearance in bronchial asthma clients starting from assessment, nursing
diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of the study after
nursing care actions were carried out for 3x24 hours on the client by teaching
effective coughing, deep breathing exercises, and clapping on the basic data
assessment found subjective data and objective data that showed the client
experienced ineffective airway clearance. Nurses are advised to improve nursing
services in providing nursing care to improve better service to patients | en_US |
