dc.description.abstract | Labor does not always run normally vaginal, but requires action such as Sectio Caesarea (SC) surgery. Post SC patients will complain of pain in the incision area caused by torn tissue in the abdominal wall and uterine wall. Post SC pain experienced by the mother will have a negative impact, the mother who gives birtg by caesarean, will feel some discomfort that is severe pain which levels can vary in each mother. The design in this study used a case study method, the subjects used were 2 client respondents post sectio caesarea with the same problem namely acute pain. The method of data collection used interviews, observation and physical examination. The result of this case study showed that after nursing care for both clients for 3 days in the hospital, with respondets 1 scale of 7 (severe) pain on the frist day could go down to the pain scale 3 (moderate) on the last day. And respondents 2 pain scale 6 (moderate on the first day can go down the pain scale 2 (mild) on the last day, by teaching management of non-pharmacological pain in the akupresure. From the result of this case study for 3 visits the problem can be resolved. The difference in decreasing the scale of pain can be influenced by several factors, namely physiological age difference between the two different participans, sosial examples of support and encouragement from the family, spiritual examples of hope for pain relief. | en_US |
