    Abstract
There are still many people who don't care and don't comply with the rules and policies made by the government regarding health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic, causing the addition of cases every day. This study aims to determine the description of community compliance in implementing health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. The design of this research is descriptive. The population in this study were all heads of families in Pohgurih Hamlet RT 01 RW 07 Sumolawang Village, Puri District, Mojokerto Regency as many as 50 families. The sampling technique of this research was total sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used frequency distribution and percentage. The results showed that community compliance in implementing health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic in Pohgurih Hamlet RT 01 RW 07 Sumolawang Village, Puri District, Mojokerto Regency was mostly non-compliant, as many as 26 people (52%), while 24 people were obedient (48%) . This non-compliance is because there are still many respondents who do not use masks when interacting with other people, do not use 3 ply masks, do not maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter from other people and avoid crowds, do not use hand washing facilities even though they are available in every home, and do not wash hands 7 steps after interacting with other people. Village officials are expected to work together across sectors between health workers and community leaders to provide health education to the community in order to increase compliance in implementing health protocols because the pandemic is not over yet
