dc.description.abstractAnemia in pregnancy is defined as a decrease in hemoglobin levels of less than 11 g/dl in the first and third trimesters of pregnancy and less than 10 g/dl in the second and postpartum trimesters. (Sepduwiana & Sutrianingsih, 2017). Anemia is caused by lack of information, parity, irregularity in the consumption of iron tablets, inadequate intake of iron. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at UPT Puskesmas Mojosari Kab. Mojokerto. This research design uses quantitative descriptive. The population used by the researcher was several pregnant women at the UPT Puskesmas Mojosari, Mojokerto Regency, totaling 100 people, so that the returned sample was 70 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. Data was collected through observation sheets with checklists, processed by editing, coding, scoring, tabulating. The results showed that the highest incidence of anemia occurred in pregnant women who did not regularly consume Fe tablets as many as 40 respondents (57.1%), mothers with parity as many as 40 respondents (57.1%), and lack of knowledge as many as 30 respondents. respondents (42.9% education as much as 25 (35.7%), age of pregnant women <20 years (35.7%). The implication of this study is that health workers can provide education about the importance of consuming Fe and tabletsen_US
