    Abstract
    Hypertension is a disease that has a very close relationship with the elderly, hypertension itself is a condition where a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal, one of the treatments is Infused Water. Infused Water is a way of treatment using juice, fiber, content and active ingredients from plants and fruit. One of the fruits that can be used to suppress and stabilize blood pressure is cucumber infused water. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cucumber infused water on the elderly who experience hypertension in Sarirejo Village, Mojokerto Regency, Mojosari Health Center Working Area. This study used a Pre-experiment quantitative research design with a One Group Pretest-Postest research design with a cross-sectional approach. the population in this study were 40 respondents, the sample of this study consisted of 29 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by observing respondents' blood pressure before and after the intervention. Data analysis was performed with the Wilcoxon Sign rank test with SPSS version 21. The results showed that most respondents before the intervention had an average systolic blood pressure in grade 2 hypertension and grade 3 hypertension, after the intervention was obtained the average systolic blood pressure was in grade 2 hypertension with the results decreasing from before the intervention was given a p-value of 0.000, the results showed that there was an effect of Cucumber Infused Water on the elderly who experienced hypertension in Sarirejo Village, Mojokerto Regency, Mojosari Health Center Working Area. Non-pharmacological handling in hypertensive patients can be done by consuming cucumber water infusion. Giving Cucumber Infused Water results in a reduction due to the presence of vasodilation in the blood vessels so that blood pressure can drop.
